How long will it be repaired free of charge from the purchase date? (warranty period)

The available period of free repair is basically 2 years from the purchase date. For after-sales service, Please contact the Best House where you purchased your product.

What is the difference between your products and other products?

Jo Seung-hyeon CEO and Chairman of NUGA Medical succeeded in developing extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy only with the internal technology in 1994 and won the Jang Yeong-sil Prize (IR52) and commendation by the Korean Ministry of Science & Technology. Based upon the officially acknowledged technology, we hold lots of patents, utility models, registered designs and so on, and secure registered intellectual property rights including FDA, TUV-GS and CE in Korea and foreign countries for the sake of legal protection. Thus, the key technology of our product cannot be imitated.
